Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing to stay at Little Corner Farm. Please take notice of our terms and conditions:

  1. Booking Agreement: The person making the booking (the “Guest”) agrees on behalf of all persons detailed in the booking that he/she has read these terms and conditions and has the authority to agree to them on the behalf of all persons in the booking.
  2. Payment: A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the commencement of the booking. Your final payment will be debited using your original payment method unless prior arrangements have been made to the contrary. Should this payment not go through for any reason, you will be contacted to make an alternative arrangement. If the balance is not received by the due date, the owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit.
  3. Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation is made more than 30 days before the start of the rental, the deposit will be refunded minus a $100 administration fee. If a cancellation is made within 30 days of the start date, the total amount paid will be forfeited unless the property is re-booked for the entire period in which case all monies will be repaid less a $100 admin fee.
  4. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to prior arrangement and availability.
  5. Occupancy: At no time during the duration of the agreement shall the maximum number of occupants stipulated in the property description be exceeded. The Guest will be liable for any fines or charges imposed by the authorities if this condition is not adhered to. The spa is for the use of the guests staying on the property only.
  6. Condition of Property: The property is provided in a clean state and is to be left in a similar state by the guest at the end of the rental period. A cleaning fee may be charged if the property is left in an unsatisfactory state. If used, please ensure BBQ and/or pizza oven is also cleaned and trash is left in bins provided.
  7. Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss: Guests are responsible for loss, damage or theft of property belonging to Little Corner Farm, as well as damage to the property itself beyond normal wear and tear. A security bond of $1000 must be provided to manage any potential charges due to damages, theft or excessive cleaning. Should they occur, the guests will be notified in writing prior to any charges made. Refunds will occur 7-10 days after departure.
  8. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the house or on the deck. Please dispose of cigarette butts thoughtfully as we are in a bushfire prone area.
  9. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
  10. Right of Entry: The owner reserves the right to enter the premises during the rental period for necessary repairs or emergency situations. You will be notified by phone should this be required.
  11. Limitation of Liability: The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises nor for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
  12. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of NSW, Australia.
  13. Changes to Terms and Conditions: The owner reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notification of amendments will be communicated to the guest in writing.
